Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 CET or on weekends are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times
We ship across Europe. After processing, estimated delivery times are: Germany, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands and Belgium: 7-15 business days; other European countries: 10-20 business days. These are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs.

Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on orders over €50. A flat shipping fee applies to orders under €50 and is shown at checkout.

Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

Customs, duties & taxes
International orders (including the UK) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees set by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected at checkout. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, force majeure events or an incorrect delivery address. Please confirm your address at checkout.

Missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us at support@goodizio.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
